An aspiring racing driver and Batman fanatic has created the world's first road-legal jet turbine powered Batmobile - which can reach speeds of 180mph.

Casey Putsch spent five months painstakingly piecing together the amazing replica car using everything from aerospace materials to polycarbonate.

In Batman: Year One, Ben McKenzie takes on the iconic role of Bruce Wayne/Batman during his first year of “service” to Gotham. While doing press for the film at Comic-Con, I had a chance to participate in a small roundtable with the Southland actor who seemed genuinely grateful for the opportunity to voice the character in the animated adaptation of Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli’s classic tale.

Batman: Year One premiered for 4500 eager fans at San Diego Comic-Con last night and I believe every single one of them came away with their expectations met or exceeded.   My only beef is that it really should be called Gordon: Year One.  But that's something I should discuss with Frank Miller, not the team of Bruce Timm, Sam Liu, Lauren Montgomery and Andrea Romano - a group of filmmakers who are absolutely unstoppable right now.

Though the creators and editors behind DC's Batman line came out in full force at Comic-Con International 2011 in San Diego to prime fans for their new twists on Bruce Wayne's world in a panel Thursday afternoon.

An adaptation of Frank Miller's story "Batman: Year One" from 1987 in the main Batman title, featured in Issue # 404 - 407. It Will be co-directed by Sam Liu and Lauren Montgomery. Actor Benjamin McKenzie Has Been cast as Bruce Wayne / Batman, Bryan Cranston WAS cast as James Gordon, Eliza Dushku as Catwoman and Katee Sackhoff as Sarah Essen. On June 7th, 2011 at sneak peek of the film WAS put online. Also have CONFIRMED It Been That There Will Be a short-film Catwoman starring attached to the picture, howeve it is not Known whether it Will Be an original or an adaptation of short one of Catwoman's just comics.

'BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY'S ROBIN DESIGN EXPLAINED

Batman: Arkham City's Robin has been explained by Rocksteady Studios.

The video game developer recently revealed its design for Tim Drake in the sequel to the award-winning Arkham Asylum, and that the Boy Wonder would be a playable character.

Rocksteady senior concept artist Kan Muftic explained the new Robin design on the Arkham City forum.

SuperHeroHype has received word from a trustworthy source that the teaser trailer and teaser poster for Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises is set to hit theaters with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 next week! We're hearing that the teaser trailer is a minute and 33 seconds long and will play in 3D  theaters, 2D theaters and IMAX 3D screens.
